Dean's journey began over 50 years ago in a little Canadian town - Gaspé - that is literally on the edge of nowhere. Born with a foot in two cultures, he is a member of the Micmac Nation of Gaspeg.

Since then, he's traveled the world and worked in over 30 countries. A lifelong entrepreneur, Dean founded an IT Services company before it was fashionable then a boutique wine brand and an App-based solution for amateur sports when both were very much in fashion.

Dean received a BA from the University of Alberta and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua Business School. Along with his wife & two children, he calls the San Francisco Bay Area home.
